Managed Office Provider takes high-tech solution with Plum 

Goyt properties are a provider of managed office and workspace in Oldham, Manchester. They decided to upgrade their systems and were looking for a local company who understood their approach to telecoms.

Whilst we can’t charge more for our services, they are a value-added service and therefore increase our chance of getting a sale”.

He continued, “our company believes in maintaining relationships when they are both feasible and this is another reason we have stuck with Plum, their pricings are very competitive”.

The new phone systems also allowed staff to work remotely throughout lockdown by enabling them to transfer calls to their mobiles via twinning. This helped ease the strain of lockdown on their company.

Stephen mentioned that the Installation process was seamless, and despite a few unexpected events that come with installing a new system, Peter Savic, at Plum, was able to resolve any problems.
